5. Someone will contact you about booking your trip.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges are as follows:

• within 30 days of start of your trip - no charge
• within 21 days - 10% of trip cost
• within 14 days - 15% of trip cost
• within 7 days - 30% of trip cost
• less than 7 days or without notice - 50% of trip cost
• after arrival in Bhutan - no refund available

Delays

You will not be charged for any delay in arrival due to weather conditions or other forces beyond your control. You will be responsible for the cost of food, accommodations, transportation and any other costs associated with the delay.
